Multi-Pleat HT/Class 1
Koch Multi-Pleat HT/Class 1 filters are designed for air filtration systems with continuous operational temperatures of 500°F and higher. This product is widely used in applications such as paint spray booths, baking systems, drying ovens, and in any system where elevated operating temperatures require a more specialized type of air filtration.
Slip-On Sleeves
Available in two versions, Type SS (polyester and spunbonded) and Type DL (dual-layered polyester). Both feature replaceable wire frames. For use in fan coil units, package air conditioning units in hotels, commercial buildings, and hospitals.
Multi-Pleat XL11 – MERV 11 Extended Surface Pleated Panel Filters
The Koch Multi-Pleat XL11 is a medium efficiency extended surface pleated panel filter, engineered to provide higher initial efficiencies and better overall performance than standard pleated filters.
The Multi-Pleat XL11 carries a MERV 11 fractional efficiency rating in accordance with ASHRAE Test Standard 52.2. The filter will also provide an Initial Dust Spot Efficiency of 45%, and an Average Dust Spot Efficiency of 55-60% in accordance with ASHRAE Test Standard 52.1.
The MERV 11 efficiency ratings provided by the Multi-Pleat XL11 make the filter an excellent upgrade from disposable filters and ordinary pleated filters in applications such as hospitals, laboratories and pharmaceutical plants, commercial office buildings, and in any system in which a higher degree of clean air is required. The Multi-Pleat XL11 is available in standard and high capacity versions.

Multi-Pleat Series K-40
Series K-40 filters are engineered to provide an excellent combination of rugged construction, high quality performance, and low initial cost. The filter is a medium efficiency, extended surface pleated panel designed for use in all types of residential, commercial, and industrial air filtration systems. The value-oriented design of the Series K-40 makes it the air filter of choice in applications where filters are changed according to predetermined maintenance schedules, instead of pressure gauge readings. Series K-40 filters are offered in a wide range of popular sizes, and in thicknesses of 2″ and 4″.
